Oh happy day! Finally, a peek at the new Future Of The Left record! FotL is the newish project by Mclusky's Andy Falkous and Jack Egglestone. The production's a bit popper, but thos vox have the same yelping growls...Travels With Myself And Another comes out June 23rd, and I can't wait!

The Mary Onettes have a new EP coming out on April 29th entitled, Dare. Generally, they sound very Cure, Smiths, or New Order-ish. Suckers are an indie pop band from NY. I really think they are the kind of band you throw on the speakers on a lazy summer day. I sorta imagine them as a less dancey, and more horn focused Arcade Fire. It's anthemic, but not too brash. Like, let us celebrate this awesome weather without forcing you to dance...by the way, their self-titled cd is out today!
