I'm very excited for the new Pinback album, Autumn of the Seraphs due September 11. Doing a 180 from the urgent "From Nothing To Nowhere", "Good To Sea" catches Pinback at it's poppy best, with crisp programmed beats and resigned yet optimistic vocals. Seems appropriate for a fall release!

Man, Rob Crow is having a hell of a time. A solo album, a "side" project and a new Pinback album, all in the same year! I think he's starting to catch up to Rob Pollard in terms of his prolificness... anyways, we have a new track here courtesy of Touch and Go records, so dig in! It's a really propulsive and urgent track, not unlike songs from his Thingy project, but with less time changes. Pretty fun!
